## What we are

QUANTUM is a boutique brokerage based in Israel that operates one product: arbitrage of pinui-binui mispricings. We do not list apartments for sale on behalf of owners; we identify compounds whose current asking-price levels in the secondary market have not yet repriced to the theoretical premium implied by the compound's statutory stage under the 2006 Pinui-Binui Law (and its 2021 Section 5א amendment), and we broker buy-side entries for investors and end-users into those compounds.
